Yes we could send samples to the new buyers,but to tell the truth,we send many samples to different buyers every year,and the samples are all for free.But the high cost of sending samples is really a pain in the neck.As the material rising higher and higher,we always try our best to keep the price competitive,and you can imagine the profit.
Whereupon we have to change our policy:
1.We will go on sending samples to regular customers all for free.
2.We will give the samples for free to the customers who is highly interested in our products after quotation,but the postage should be paid by their own.
3.If the customers are only interested in our products and they never ask for a quotation,all the cost of the samples and postage should be paid in advance.
Maybe you will say:many suppliers from China are always giving the samples for free.But the result is that they could only get one reply while they send ten times!!
To show our sincerity,we will give you the sample for free,but please afford the postage instead of us.Thank you very very much for your understanding!

经过长达10分钟的搜刮，选了大概7，8个样品，他们的BOSS脸上露出了满意的微笑，和我以及其它几个同事一一握手。握完竟然就拍拍屁股走人了！！他们走出去几米我才意识到，于是赶紧去追问，我追上那个会说英文的埃及人，问他道：Sir,pls wait!But where is your sample fee?
他还假装不知道：aren't you giving us the samples for free?我很气愤：pls wait,I promised to give you the samples in the lowest price,and we have just showed you the price list,how can you go away like this with your sample fees unpaid??
BOSS在一边按耐不住了，和那个翻译说了几句，然后翻译告诉我：other suppliers were giving us the samples for free,why not you?
这句话让我更气愤了！完全没有信用可言他们，尤其是他们的BOSS！于是我就对他们说：give us the sample fee,or give the samples back to us,your choice please!
with respect to the MOQ,usually we set 1000 pcs as our MOQ for each product,but I want to make it 500 for you.
There are so many kinds of products in your quotation,so if your total quantity is good,surely we will offer other products which is of a small quantity.
Please note,it's a privilage that not everyone can enjoy.
