这里之前有个插曲,他们公司的执行总裁mr M(上面还有个董事长,还有个总经理,总经理是董事长的儿子)来过我们公司一趟,也看过我们产品,意向也可以,当时就说是回去了之后再联系。这样一过就是4个月左右了,我收到了他的邮件,问价格然后要4套,我报了价格,他问能不能便宜点,我让了5个点给他,又给他报过去,那天给他是周五,然后周一我就收到了这个人的邮件,就是这封邮件,署名他是他们公司的采购部经理

Dear Mr N,

Thank you for your email. Our reply is as follows:

The total price of our production CIF-Chennai is USD127500,which contains the packing,transpor fees and insurance.

NOTE:

1.We advise to use L/C at sight. If TT, 60% at least  before shipment,40% at sight of copy of B/L;

2.Our productive cycle covers about 2 months, because the exports all need strict test and ajustment at home. The shipping
   covers about 18 days, and the shipment is on every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.

3.If the package uses the PP Bags instead of wooden cases , the cost will save USD3000.

We can make the entire payment through 100% advance L/C at sight, through which you can apply to your Bank for L/C discount.

We hope we could have a good start of our cooperation. And we compromise to offer you 8﹪ off the EXW to finalize this order after our discussion. The price can be illustrated as follows:

                   Equipment price: USD117760.

                   Packing (wooden cases): USD3225

                   Ocean freight: USD2696

我觉得吧,这个事情得用两分法看待,信誉再好的国家也有信誉不好的客户,信誉再差的国家也会有好的~~看谈的感觉和公司实力了~就印度而言,我是不和贸易公司交易的
